This is the 1st time I have ever had an issue with an item ordered from Amazon.I ordered a two pack of Honeywell Type N HEPA filters to exchange the ones in our air purifier.I received two no-name brand Type C filters instead, whose paper filter elements were ripped. The type N is a long life filter that can be vacuumed and used for up to three years whereas the type C is a throw-away 6 month life filter. My shipping info clearly states a Type N filter was ordered. I have left messages with the seller (Bulk Filter) but have not heard back yet. I should have not been so lazy and just driven to Walmart to get this item.

I've ordered these filters loads of, loads of times in the past. The correct Honeywell filter is delivered. It's not a knock-off as far as I can tell. I usually replace my filters each 3 months or so.
