I looked-for a further air purifier for a second opportunity and settled for this one. (my at the start one has long been out of production) I wish that I could say that it was a smart move, but it really has not turned out that way. As one who has recurring sinus harms/allergies, I can tell within a few summary if one of these so-called purifiers is doing its job. This element in fact caused my sinuses to go into overdrive on every single use no matter how long it ran within the confined opportunity. Part of the problem is the lack of ability to turn off the negative ion generator, which no matter how water supply designed, can subdue produce small amounts of toxic ozone that can damage mucus and respiratory tissue. For my ultra-sensitive sinuses, it triggers a non-stop sneezing frenzy the moment it is turned on. Oddly enough, it does allow you to turn the UV lamp on/off, but again you can't for the ionizer. I just got this item. It facility splendid so far. Not to big, not too tiny for my room. honest forwards to use. I turn it on just before to i take a nap and set timer for 2 hours. I can feel the sterile air when i breathe. I am fortunate with it so far...

I got a link of dogs in my household. I want something to help reduce animal smell for guests when they come over. I've been incisive for different kinds of air cleaner and check out all the reviews. Some of the ones that got good reviews are very expensive and I reflect i can afford it. I chose this one because of the good fee and it looks almost just so as the oransi for a lot more.I was disbelieving if they are the same. But my at the start depression of it this air cleanser with I got it is that it's less important than the ones I've seen in the equipment out there but it does looks good and seems well built. The buttons seem very clear and easy to operate. Functionally, this air cleanser works like a fan. It sucks the air from the back ( I supposed its dirty air), and there is a filter surrounded by that traps the dusts and additional stuff. You will feel the clean air is coming out of the front, but to some extent in an angle. I planning its rotatable but it isn't. Maybe only fans can do that. I will find out if my friends will notice anything when they are over next time. But from my observation so far, it seems to do what it's supposed to do.Happy with it so far...

it seems to make too much ozone. other than that, it was cheap. as in yes cheap, not low cost or cost look

My place is about 750 square feet, I bought 2 of these and couldn't be happier. It has all the features I sought after (which was hard to find) and works as described. The fan isn't noisy but you can hear it. There is no such thing as a perfectly silent fan but this one is not loud for the power it has. I've been using it for about 2 months and love it!

I opened the back panel everywhere the HEPA filter is located and it seems very honest forward to remove and replace. There is 3 different modes it can be set: High, medium, low. The low and medium is probably ok for nighttime time. The high mode is probably good when you really need some fresh air. It seems to work fine so far.
