I bought this since it was recommended to go including the Hamilton coastline 04386 True Air Allergen-Reducing Air Cleaner. As I got the air cleaner unit these filters does not fit this cleaner and can not be used. This is a waste of money since it was an add-on item and was misrepresented as looked-for for use of the cleaner.

These filters can be used in both the Hamilton TrueAir unit and the Febreeze unit. They work well and are easy to exchange. I have used the Febreze Odor-Eliminating Apparatus for over a year now. I figured it was doubtless choice in some accept with the allergens and whatnot in my home since the filter was everlastingly disgusting and bunged up with crud when unreliable. I didn't actually feel like it helped with odor even if when using the fixed filters. In fact, it seemed to just circulate the smells from the pet area almost the room.I have been using the filters particularly for pet odor for about 3 weeks now. The unit sits about 2 feet above the cat litter box and runs constantly. Since unreliable to the new filters, I have noticed a noteworthy reduction in the kitty odor in my home. I gauge the effectiveness of any rate by the number of my daughter's complaints when we walk in the front door and she has been obviously silent about cat-smell just. I have also been impressed by the fall in the "welcome home!" odor. Pet owners, you know what I mean.By and large, I think if you are going to invest in one of these filter fans, you must hold the filters for pets in any case of whether you have critters or not. I haven't experienced person it for myself on diaper pail odor or in the bathroom but since pet odors are biological, I take upon physically this filter would go well in those applications too. I will beyond doubt hold these again.

I use these including the Hamilton Beach Pet Air Purifier, and deliberate them absolutely essential. They keep my apartment from smelling like dirty cat litter for months at a time, without putting chemicals into the air, which makes them value their weight in gold. I find it weird that they come in a 3-pack when the Pet Air Purifier takes 2 at a time, but they work and they're cheap, so I can overlook that. I just buy 2 three-packs at a time, so I have enough to replace the filters 3 times.

Amazon not compulsory this item to be purchased and used by the side of with TrueAir develop 04383, but I establish that it did not fit develop 04383 at all when I expected it. The online in rank was misleading. I had to go through the hassle of returning these filters. Even if the depiction of 04383 is on the packaging, these filters are not meant for it. They don't fit anywhere in the unit. You will regret if you buy them for 04383.

The replacement filters do not work! The first filters worked wonderfully & were black. These replacements are blue & don't work at all!!! I've flipped them thinking I put them in backwards but that didn't do no matter what business! I don't know what the problem is but it's a huge disappointment! No I have to look for a different logic when all's said and done.

I'm now on my 2nd set of 3 of these Febreze air filters and I have to say they actually, actually work. I have to use an unscented document cat litter for my fund and it doesn't mask odors at all. I didn't grasp just HOW commanding these are in anticipation of my my very last one quit effective and I didn't diplomacy any more for in this area a week. Boy, may maybe I smell the litter box....yuck! I reflect I keep mine in in this area 1.5 months before to unreliable them. The indicators that come with the filters and show you when you need to exchange the filter don't work...I've only had 1 work so far. But you can tell when you need to exchange them...the dust builds up on the filter and you can sweet much map out it's time for a new one.I've by no means tried any additional filters for my air cleanser so I'm not sure if this one facility best than others or not...but I am just gonna stab to these!
