I was not thrilled about the detail that this air cleanser is refurbished and not new as advertised. The 2nd replacement was also a refurb! Currently Amazon has shipped a 3rd unit as I've particularly told them I wanted what they were exposure a NEW unit. PS not more than starting another buyer. If Amazon is truly attentive then why do they keep making the constant mix. I want them to make this right! Ship me a new unit or upgrade to a newer develop if this one isn't available at no charge.P.S. I know Amazon is attentive of the flawed vender description of the new or used circumstances and is consequently on top of it. So, I hope buyers and sellers alike can rest straightforward.
